The City of Toronto has 864 public charging station ports (Level 2 and Level 3) within 15km. 93% of the ports are level 2 charging ports and 60% of the ports offer free charges for electric cars. The charging stations are located in areas that have enough capacity for dedicated EV parking spots.
2022 update:
In addition, City Council approved installation of 32 additional onstreet electric vehicle charging stations for 2022.
2023 update:
50 more EV chargers were installed in 2023.
